The Resonarchist Manifesto is an important Miriadic document outlining the Resonarchist model of government. It will be drafted and reproduced here in its entirety. For those sections that have not been completed, bullet points will explain the principles.

We, the conscious entities of the Invisible and Infinite State of Miriad ^[1], in order to free ourselves from the continuing tyrrany, Order, and slavery of the World do hereby declare the following document to be the Model of Self-Governance which we hold as the best model, and wholly adopt as our own, as it allows for the full range of expression of Chaos, Randomness, Flow and Ease of Life, and the principle of Rule by Resonance (Resonarchy), rather than the more common and vulgar practices of dissonant methods which are fear, violence, and general entropies (poverty, ignorance, surveillance, war) employed by the Modern Ordered State(s) in attempt to control its populace. Such common and vulgar tyranies should be hereby dissolved in this solution so that humankind and all attendant entities can enter a new Aeon of boundless Freedom and Resonance, travelling from the unexplored reaches of the miniscule atom to the furthest reaches of other dimensional realities, so that the message of Freedom and Resonance declared by the Invisible and Infinite State can be carried to all possible places. (Such a message of inclusive freedom is an open one, a suggestion, not a demand or an absolute law.)

We envision the intelligent, creative people of a Resonarchy (or fractal thereof) coming together to decide the fate of their nation, who they are as individuals, and where they are going, as well as their collective Destiny. Modern Ordered States "guarantee" their citizens rights and freedoms, but mostly these are "freedoms" that give them the choice of how they can be enslaved. It becomes this necessary to define freedom so that it cannot be obfuscated or hidden from the Public any longer:

Our definition of freedom is this: Freedom is the ability to do your Will, and the capacity to allow others to do their Will. It is this fundamental value in the Resonarchist definition of freedom that strikes down the Ordered Government's argument of truly free people running around commiting "immoral" acts, like theft or murder. Indeed, it is the controlled, entropic, and closed system of the non-resonarchist state that creates these "immoral" drives to murder or steal, mainly because of the unfairness and closed nature of the system. (They have their own reasons for creating Entropy, however, which we may disclose elsewhere in this Manifesto)

Freedom, by its very nature, has only one quality. Expression. It is an expression of Will, not some flag or ineffable quality or invisible concept to be waved before the face of the Public, or other Nations. Thus, Freedom cannot be "defended", it can only be expressed. Those who say that they are "defending freedom "are not themselves free. Those who fight others, or demand that we fight others are not free or expressing freedom because they are breaking the second part of freedom: they are not capable of allowing others to do their Will. A soldier must obey Orders, thus he is not free. A terrorist must follow a leader: he is a slave to whatever cause he waves around. Thus, all wars and conflicts are nothing more than the slaughter of slaves, nothing but the Entropy of two Orders' slaves fighting each other. None of this makes anyone in the World more free.

A truly free nation cannot be considered as such, unless its people are free to go and do as they wish, harming none, and are a unified and peaceable people. Resonarchy takes that which works best from existing or theoretical governments, and discards that which political egotists have corrupted, in favor of something more fair.

[edit] Resonance

The Resonarchy is controlled not by Heads of State or Rulers or Diplomats or Politicians, but the principle of Resonance itself. In this way, people are able to become their own Masters, for ourself is the only thing that we truly can control. To control others, or to seek "power" is egotistical and dissonant. In other words, the Resonarchy is self-controlled and self-regulated, much like the systems and organs of a body.

Since the universe itself is "ruled" by an underlying chaotic (fractal) randomness, Nations could really get in resonance the flow of life and nature if they allowed themselves to be governed by flow, resonance, and randomness.

Know that the principle of Unity does not mean the demand that all citizens be mindless conformists, however. It does not mean that all people must subscibe to the same belief patterns or religious dogma. It does not mean flagrant and belligerent nationalism, or prideful patriotism for the Nation. We can only have Unity if we are conscious individuals coming together knowingly with that goal, that ideal in mind to epxress freedom, and to help others to be able to express themselves.

Since this declaration of an Invisible and Infinite State expands beyond any kind of invisible border or boundary that most Ordered States use to define their "Nation", there is no need to fear anything "outside" of the Resonarchy of Miriad, because it is everywhere: there is no "Outside".

The Resonarchy has no enemies because it encompasses everything: it has no boundaries. To those who still delude themselves and seek to exist in the Modern Ordered States, which manifest themselves as countries, corporations and religions, they might seek to make enemies with the boundless culture of the Resonarchy, but such a war or resistance to the very flow of Life itself is absolutely and utterly pointless - a thatrical declaration to retain the spectators (not participants) of the audience that such Ordered societies demand.

[edit] Democracy

• Everyone votes on everything.
• Majority does not rule. A Resonarchy is not mob rule. There are no "mandates".

[edit] Anarchy

• The government is simply a suggestion.
• Each person is a nomad and a monad.

[edit] Abolition of Duality

• No party system to cause duality
• Selection of candidates based on individual ideas, not party lines.

[edit] Randomness

• House of the People, which is made up of randomly selected citizens from the public.

[edit] Service

• (s)Elected Officials must pass an examination on their knowledge of how the Resonarchy works.
• No Salary for (s)Elected Officials.
• (s)Elected Officials must hold a paying job.

• Sousveillance of the Government
• The head person or president must be the person who is the slave of the public. He must pay out his own time and money to serve the public. Our leaders must be humble.
• The "President" is not an important person: he must obey the Will of his people. He will be the Willing Servant of his People, not their Lord.
• Stopping terrorism before it can be funded by Hegelian idealists.

• If you are not working, you recieve national wage
• If you are working, you do not.

[edit] Asset Cap

• There will be a cap of a person's assets, anything above which will be returned to the government.
• There will be no cap on a person's worth, however. A person can be worth more than their assets, but their money is held in circulation in the world, not in a bank.
• This removes the need for "taxes".

[edit] Abolition of Usury

• No bank shall charge interest.
• Institution and penalty of Reverse Interest on all banks who wish to continue "doing business".

• "If you don't use it, you lose it": money with an expiration date.

[edit] Business Model

• Democratic model of business, not heirarchical, otherwise, it is an illegal business
• Each person must hold an equal stake in the company they work for.
• More pay for less work! Low resistance, high flow of goods and services = more life and happiness. This also creates more "employment"...
• Employees set the value of their time, not employers.
• Return of guilds and unions to protect "workers".
